TELEPHONE :
There are no coin-operated phones (there are no coins) in Cambodia. Phone cards are available however, and the cards can be purchased at many outlets. There are also several mobile phone systems.
     
 
HEALTH TIP :
It's hot, so drink plenty of water, but never drink tap water. Good quality bottled water available everywhere. Also remember to wear a high-factor sun block when sightseeing and use an insect repellent as protection against mosquitoes.

Government offices: business hours are from 7.30-11.30am and resume from 2-5pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Banks are open from 8am-3pm Mondays to Fridays, from 8am-noon Saturdays, and closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Markets are open from early morning to late evening, including Sundays and public holidays.
